Clos Barbier, St Martin

A Brownfield site was selected for redevelopment as social housing on behalf of the Guernsey Housing association. After assisting the client and engineer with value engineering on the project Geomarine were awarded the sub-contract to drive Ductile Iron Piles across the site to support the ground slabs on the various accommodation blocks. A total of 146nr piles were driven in total at depths from 4m to 10m.
