On the completion of the piling phase all services and drainage pop ups will be installed below each block, again to tight tolerances, to allow for the installation of bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom pods which are manufactured off site. Pro-active co-ordination with the client’s design and construction teams was vital to the success of this phase.

Geomarine are responsible for the complete drainage and utilities infrastructure to the housing development including extensive Paveform Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) works which will handle all the surface water collection.
