Geomarine have completed the frame of a striking private residence in the west of Guernsey.
A demanding concept created by the client and their design team required the extensive use of reinforced concrete on the build. This led to Geo’s brief including foundations, a basement garage with a cantilevered lounge above as well as forming the upper floor, walls and roof structures. Drainage and external terraces finished off the package.
