Works are progressing well on Geomarine’s first major sub- contract for Client Ravenscroft Construction at Le Menage in St Martins, Guernsey.
Mainly provided through our tried & tested self- delivery model, the civils package includes the complete substructure for 26 mixed apartment and housing units together with related drainage and utility installations.
Maarten Angenent, Geomarine's Contracts Manager commenced on site in July. “The team have performed well despite all that the recent rainstorms could throw at them and we look forward to the successful delivery of the rest of our works.”
