Rovers Vet’s centre circle maestro Gary Stevenson, said, “Geomarine, in association with Rovers, were delighted to support the visiting Spurs Legends team. We were particularly pleased that the Legends took time out to coach Rover’s Mini’s on the morning of the match. It was a great experience for players, coaching staff and parents alike; an exciting & fun festival of football for all concerned!”
Under manager Ozzie Ardilles, a strong Spurs Legend team - including past Internationals Paul McVeigh and Darren Anderton – saw off the spirited challenge of Geo Rovers Vets 8 goals to 4.
Geomarine guests and staff were also entertained at an after match dinner audience with Ozzie Ardilles and the Legends.
